Pilates is an integrated strengthening training which was originally developed by Joseph Pilates (1883-1967).

With the support of the specifically designed Pilates equipment, you’re:

I have a fully equipped studio with all Pilates equipment: Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Arm Chair, Barrels, Ped-o-Pull and all kinds of small equipment. The equipment is handmade and of high quality (Peak Pilates and Gratz, USA).

Pilates for Dancers

Thanks to my own longstanding experience in ballet and modern dance as well as my teaching activity “Pilates for dancers” at the Boston Conservatory in Boston, USA, I have lots of experience in the work with dancers and know their specific needs. Pilates is an ideal complement to dance training as well as a specific strengthening training.
